The Windsor Lancers had an unprecedented sweep of the Men's Long Jump competition as they captured positions 1 through 5 to earn their team 33 points. Ben Warnock, who finished 5th at the Ontario Championships, won the gold medal with a jump of 7.19m while Jamie Adjetey-Nelson picked up another medal, winning silver with a jump of 7.14m. Brayan Patten completed the sweep of the podium, also with a jump of 7.14m. Teammates Derek Watkins and Anthony Dandie finished 4th and 5th respectively

Windsor's dynamic duo of Adjetey-Nelson and Watkins continued their outstanding weekend as the pair both medaled again in the Men's High Jump. Adjetey-Nelson captured the bronze with a jump of 2.04m while Alex Witmer of Western earned the silver medal on the basis of fewer misses with an identical jump of 2.04m.

Noelle Montcalm of the Lancers captured a pair of silver medals on the day in the 60m hurdles and the 300m dash to add to the bronze medal she won on Day 1. She finished second in a time of 8.57 to Marie-Eve Dugas from Sherbrooke who captured her third CIS gold medal in the event with a time of 8.38. Dustin McCrank of Guelph captured the silver medal with a throw of 18.29m while Garth Suppes of Manitoba earned bronze with a throw of 17.51m.

The Guelph Gryphons vaulted up the team standings thanks to outstanding performances in both the Men's and Women's 3000m races. The Men's race saw the Gryphons sweep all three medals as Kyle Boorsma took home the gold in 8:34.53, Allan Brett captured the silver in 8:37.29 and Derek Snider earned the bronze in 8:39.37.
