week with three victories in four days over St. Thomas, 3-1,

the AUS playoffs get under way with best-of-three quarter-final
series between No. 7 StFX and Dalhousie, and Acadia and UPEI.
Defending national champion Saint Mary’s, which is riding a
five-game winning streak heading into the playoffs, also gets a
first-round bye.
In the OUA, No. 2 McGill completed the regular schedule with a 7-0
shutout of Ottawa and a 4-1 defeat of Concordia to secure first
place in both the East division and the overall standings.
The OUA post-season kicks off with eight best-of-three divisional
quart-final series including McGill vs. Ottawa, No. 6 Western vs.
Windsor, No. 9 UQTR vs. Concordia, No. 10 Carleton vs.
Toronto, Nipissing vs. Queen’s, Laurier vs. UOIT, Lakekead

Meanwhile in Canada West, there are two more weekends of regular
season action to go before the start of the playoffs.
No. 3 Alberta and No. 5 Saskatchewan split a two-game series in
Saskatoon last weekend, with the Huskies winning the opener 2-1 in
overtime and the Bears taking the rematch by a 4-0 score.
Following the results, Alberta holds a three-point lead over
