CIS athletes look towards 2010 CFL Canadian Draft

The Toronto Argonauts have the first overall selection in the 2010 CFL Canadian Draft which kicks off this Sunday, May 2 at Noon ET. Fans and media can watch the first two rounds live on TSN. CFL Commissioner Mark Cohon will be in the CFL ON TSN studio to announce each selection.

For the final four rounds, fans and media can track all the selections through a live draft tracker on CFL.ca.

CFL.ca also recently launched 'Prospect Central', a destination that profiles the top amateur football players in Canada. The site includes CFL Scouting Bureau rankings, video features on top prospects, bio information, results from past Evaluation Camps, all-time draft selections dating back to 1970 and more.

Media can also access this information by downloading the 2010 CFL Canadian Draft Guide from the CFL Media site (www.cflmedia.ca). The Draft Guide includes information on the past drafts, the 2010 selection order and a recap of traded picks, a list of all eligible players, the 2010 REEBOK CFL Evaluation Camp participants' bios and results and general information surrounding the draft.
