Canada West announces Video & LiveStats for all basketball and volleyball games
EDMONTON (CW) – Canada West Universities Athletic Association proudly announces that it has reached 100% league-wide participation in broadcasting Live Video of regular season basketball and volleyball games for the 2010-11 season, as well as the ability of each member institution to make updated information available through a LiveStats feature.
Not only are each of the 13 Canada West member institutions making Live Video available for all home matches, but many will also have LiveStats available, and some do radio or internet audio broadcasts.
“This is a big step forward for Canada West Athletics. It enhances the product available to all fans, media and members alike. We see this as a new beginning and someday hope to make all Canada West sports available through social media and the internet,” said Canada West Executive Director Val Schneider.
