MEDIA CONFERENCE
Friday Nov 9th at 9:00am in Officers Club, Delta Armouries Hotel †request for the following attend and be available to news media
i) Head Coach and Team Captain of Top 3 Ranked Teams
ii) Head Coach and Team Captain of Defending Champions (2011
Champs)
iii) Past 1st Team Allâ€Canadians competing
this year iv) Any other top athletes notified by the 2012 Org. Cmte
in advance †athletes & coaches are requested
to wear clothing that identifies their respective university
†top seeded athletes and teams plus coaches will be introduced and available for interviews †a preview of the Championship highlighting top seeds and allâ€time stats for the race course will be available by no later than Wednesday Nov 7th via Tony von Richter request
ACCREDITATION
All news media personnel should contact Tony von Richter to obtain information on the Championship, the News Media Conference, or to be on the distribution list for preâ€championship releases and/or final results.
RESULTS ROOM
On race day in the John Innes Room in the clubhouse at Thames Valley GC †news media can pick up competitor program sheet prior to the races as well as printed copy or electronic copy of final results post races †athlete and/or coach interviews can be done at Awards Presentations
Media Kits †not required but if teams wish to bring a media kit for distribution at the media conference they are welcome to have them available. CIS 2012 Cross Country Championship – Western University
