MEDIA CONFERENCE:

There will be no official media conference for this event. Media will be able to access teams at practices.

MEDIA ACCREDITATION:

DUE: Nov. 6, 2011 – include name, cell phone and email of media

NOTE: Sports information requirements and a specific sports information bulletin will follow. The Vikes sports information office will be looking for video highlights of all qualifying teams and the following information for all teams that qualify for conference semifinals:
- a standardized roster
- 200 word season highlights
- CIS forms, head-and-shoulder and action photo for major award nominees
- Head-and-shoulder shot of all conference all-stars
- A high resolution team photo
- 2-3 action photos
- conference championship banner photo
- NOTE: all images should be 300 DPI or better, all video should be converted to .mp4 format before it is uploaded to the CIS FTP site
