NB: We will offer an upgraded room for each head coach, but be advised these rooms will not be on the same floor as your team.  If you prefer a standard guest room with your team please notify the hotel when reserving your rooms.
 
Please note all reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Also a credit card must be pre-authorised for all team rooms and individual/team incidentals on arrival. As per usual hotel policies, any guaranteed reservation that fails to arrive or cancel without 24 hours notice will be charged the event rate plus taxes/fees for one night. The cancellation policy also applies for early departures.
