Hotel

UNB will pay the hotel direct for 4 nights accommodation for 15 rooms per team.  Each team will be responsible to pay for additional rooms.  (please make arrangements with hotel for direct billing)

**Any non-participants award winners will be booked at the Crowne Plaza and should contact Maureen Sparks to arrange the booking**  sparks@unb.ca

Parents and fans may contact the hotels directly.

8.1.2. UNB will provide each team with $45/day meal allowance for 30 people for 5 days.  A cheque will be available on Thursday March 22, from Maureen Sparks.

8.1.3  Audiovisual equipment will be made available to each team upon request.

8.1.4  The organizing committee will provide each team with 15 complimentary rooms per night for 4 nights starting on Wednesday March 21, 2012.  Any additional rooms or will be the responsibility of each respective team.

Officials
The tournament officials will be accommodated at the Crowne Plaza. Reservations will be made in conjunction with the CIS. A meeting room has been set aside for the duration of the event for exclusive use by officials.  For airport pick up officials should contact: Bob Hathaway at: drbob@coolsmiles.ca
